National : Government of India Concluded the largest AI Impact Summit (4th One) - previously held in
2023 in UK, 2024 Seoul, 2025 Paris, 2026 India - by far the biggest AI Summit where more than 180 countries attended with more than 20 State Leaders attended. This was organised along with France - President Macron attended, Brazilian President Lula da Silva attended - also this was billed as a Global South. More than 80 countries signed the Delhi Declaration of the AI Impact Summit. This AI summit has the following foundational principles called as 7 Chakras (There was 'Indianness' or 'Bharatiya' Connection - the Logo , the foundational principles called as 'Chakras', :Welfare for All' , 'Happiness for All'); Modi in his usual way proclaimed an acronym - M.A.N.A.V
M - Moral and Ethical System
A - Accountable Governance
N - National Sovereignty
A - Accessible and Inclusive
V - Valid and Legitimate Systems
The Summit also attended by CEO, Leaders of AI - all the Top Notch AI Industry Leaders. This summit has projected to the world that India has come very big in the AI Field. After US, China, India has the great potential to drive the AI - India has the Talent, Manpower and most of All the 'DATA SET' - on Languages, Diversity in Everything - Culture, Foods, Music, Social needs what not - More than India Needs AI AI needs India that is the reason all the bigwigs are concentrating on India and throwing Big Bucks - Google , Nvidia, Reliance, TCS, IBM Open AI, Anthropic, Perplexity - investing, opening offices etc., India Stack on AI is on all 5 layers - Energy, Chips, Infrastructure, Models and Applications.
ENERGY- To run the AI - needs Datacentre, Chips which guzzles power - so need energy - Power so most DC investing in Green Power - it needs lots of POWER in Gigawatts
CHIPS - AI Needs Chips in various speeds. It is not available in the market. Whatever available is already being ordered or consumed by the TOP AI Companies - World Needs AI Chips - NVIDIA is the leading in the Chips Making, now AMD , Google with its TRU. AMD has signed a contract with the Facebook so the chips goes from AMD unit straight to Facebook for their AI Applications to run. India has to invest heavily in the Chip Making - the chips that makes the AI run not the Semi Conductor Chips that runs the EV, Solar, Cars etc., It needs to Heavy Duty AI Chips - at present INDIA AI has Chips contract with NVIDIA to run the AI Startups with price as low as INR 68/- Approximately lowest in the world with Subsidy running into thousands of crores - first mission with INR around 40,000 crores and 2.0 with 10 thousand Crores etc.,
INFRASTRUCTURE - Cloud Computing, Data Centres - Technology connecting the Chips to run the systems like Google building the DC in Vizag with investment of USD 15 Billions over the course of 7 Years. Reliance Intelligence investing more than 10 lakh crore by building the AI DC in Jamnagar with Renewable Energy equalling about 5GW. Adani Investing another 10 Lakh crores (Reliance investing USD 100 Billions, Adani investing USD 110 Billions, TCS investing more than USD 1 Billion )
MODELS : Data Sets and Models like LLMs etc., India has the data pipelines to learn from them
APPLICATIONS The Final Layer where the Use Cases for AI can be done, Health Care, Manufacturing . India through the Global South leader wanted to create the AI Applications for Social Causes, Medicine, Manufacturing so that it can be used for MSMEs . Process workflows, Government Schemes so that it reaches to the Last Mile of the People in the Pyramid at the same time economic value is also generated.
If INDIA has to scale in the AI it needs to think of design, manufacturing CHIPS like 2mn nano chips. India has to have the TPUs, GPUs on its own not rely on the BIG WIGS - so it becomes a supply chain geo politics challenge like it happens for Critical Minerals from China.
All in All a great event - at the same time not without controversies - like in a family photo session , Sam Altman OPENAI CEO and Anthropic CEO standing each other not connecting the hands for the photo session, Galgotia University using the Chines made thrones buying it online and being evicted from the AI Summit, Congress Youth people demonstrating in the AI Summit and being kicked out.

In simple terms - First is to prevent terror attacks so beef up intelligence networks, close out the so called terrorists etc., Second is response with the first responder being the State Police the nodal agency will be the NSG so the co-operation and collaboration between the state and the centre should be there and the security hardware machinery of the state police should be first class and necessary specialised forces to be raised. Third, human rights and due law process like Ajmal Khan had a legal process before he was put into the gallows; Fourth is to get the international support as we did by sending a full fledged parliamentarians to all the parts gathering support after operation Sindoor. Fifth is to be resilient and the recovery with a full approach after an incident takes place - emergency services, RAF, Security, no communal clashes because of the incident etc.,
Finally visit to Israel by PM Narendra Modi at this crucial juncture with US threatening to bomb Iran and Modi going to Israel a hotspot, this shows the solidarity with Israel and Netanyahu acknowledging it in the Knesset. Speaker of the Knesset honouring modi by presenting the highest order of medal in the knesset. Modi gave an enthralling speech in the Knesset a honour by the First PM from India. Great reception given to the PM by the Members of Knesset and they had a gala time having the Selfies taken with the PM. PM attended a technical exhibition and invited the Israeli startups and industry to invest in India.
